• If you run out of subscription credits, you can purchase additional credits through the Flexible Plan.
• If you only need AI generation tools occasionally, the Flexible Plan is the best choice.

Credits are used to access AI-powered tools, such as AI Image Generation, AI Model Generation, and AI Video Generation. These features require significant computing power, so they are charged based on credit usage.

• Credits from the Flexible Plan are valid for two years.
• Credits included in the Standard Plan and Pro Plan are valid as long as your subscription is active. Unused credits roll over each month if you remain subscribed.

If you cancel your subscription:

• Subscription credits will be frozen until you resubscribe.
• Flexible Plan credits are not affected.

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle:

1. Open X-Design and log in.
2. Click your account icon in the upper right corner.
3. Select [Manage Subscriptions].
4. Choose your subscription and click [Unsubscribe].

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. If you are unable to cancel, please take a screenshot and contact our online support as soon as possible.
