Can I use X-Design for free?
Yes, there are many basic features that are free to use. However, for a more advanced experience, we recommend trying our premium plans.
What payment methods can be used?
To subscribe X-Design premium plans, you can pay through Stripe and credit card. We accept credit or debit cards from following: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and More.
Why did my purchase not go through?
Please check with your bank to see if they allow international purchases, as they may block international transactions and subscription-based transactions.
How to cancel a subscription?
You can cancel anytime from the My Account page. Once canceled, you will still have access to premium features until the end of the subscription period
What are credits?
Credits are virtual goods and online commodities provided by Starii company, which can be used for accessing partial equity functions and services on the X-Design platform.
You can acquire credits through recharging and purchasing within the X-Design platform.
During usage, some functions and services require credits to be consumed.
Validity period of credits?
Credits obtained through recharging enjoy a perpetual period of use, with specifics outlined in the ordering page description at the time of purchase.
Credits given through membership activation, and renewal packages have a certain period of usage rights, with specifics outlined in the ordering page description at the time of purchase.
What if credits are not credited after recharging?
Network delay: Please wait a moment, and you should see your credits balance and be able to use the related functions.
Try refreshing the page to check if the credits balance has been credited.
Log out of your account and then log back in to see if the credits are available for use.
If the issue persists, please contact us. Once we confirm the problem, we will reissue the corresponding amount of credits in the system for you.
